Terms of Service

Last updated: placeholder — not yet reviewed.

This is a starting template, not reviewed legal text. It is meant to be read over (and formally reviewed) before being relied on.

1. The service

Imager lets you run image-generation workflows against your own uploaded images and pay for each run from an account wallet. We may add, remove, or change available workflows, pricing, and features at any time.

2. Accounts

You sign in via a one-time link sent to your email address. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure — anyone with access to it can sign in as you.

3. Payments and wallet

Runs are paid for from a wallet balance you top up via PayPal. Top-ups are processed by PayPal directly — we never see or store your card/account details. Wallet balance has no cash value outside this service and, unless required by law, is non-refundable once spent on a run.

4. Your images

You keep ownership of any image you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to store and process it solely to run the workflow you selected. You confirm you have the right to upload and use each image you submit.

Images for a run you never complete are automatically deleted a short time after you stop working on it. Images (both what you uploaded and what was generated) for a finished run are deleted roughly a month after the run completes or fails.

5. Acceptable use

Don't upload images you don't have the right to use, or use the service to generate unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Generation results can be wrong, low-quality, or fail outright. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
